Hobie Introduces New Livewell V2 Bait Tank
OCEANSIDE, Calif. (April 4, 2018) – Hobie, the leading manufacturer of premium fishing kayaks and watersport products, today announces the new Livewell V2 bait tank. The feature-rich Livewell V2 is the newest addition to Hobie’s robust line of kayak-fishing accessories. Available now, the Livewell V2 can be found at participating authorized Hobie dealers.

The eight-gallon Livewell V2 is built from heavy-duty molded plastic, making it lightweight and strong. It features a sturdy eight-inch twist and seal lid for easy internal access. A high-quality sealed marine-grade switch controls the high-output pump that circulates aerated water in the tank, keeping bait alive and healthy. An adjustable downspout allows for easy water level control, and removable tank partitions keep bait accessible. A pump-cap is included for filling the tank with non-circulating water, and a threaded drain plug allows the tank to be completely emptied of water after each use.
The Livewell V2 comes factory-equipped with three vertical rod holders with the option to add up to eight more, depending on the kayak model. Battery and charger are included.
