SEATTLE (Jan. 8, 2018) – Filson and Mossy Oak®, two hunting brands with longstanding legacies in the outdoors, have teamed up to create a Filson x Mossy Oak® product collection. Inspired by the demand of modern hunters for unfailing goods, the Original Mossy Oak® Bottomlands and Shadowgrass patterns will be featured on classic Filson Tin Cloth and Mackinaw Wool products.

Both companies have longstanding ties and deep roots with sportsmen. Filson, founded in 1897 in Seattle, originally outfitted prospectors who were making their way to Alaska’s Klondike Gold Rush, and the brand was later adapted by sportsmen seeking durable gear for harsh conditions. Mossy Oak®, founded in West Point, Mississippi, pioneered the camouflage industry and has been keeping hunters hidden from the eyes of their prey for more than three decades.

The collection will include existing, classic Filson Tin Cloth products such as the Down Cruiser Vest, Insulated Jac-Shirt, and Field Duffle in the Original Mossy Oak® Shadowgrass pattern for the waterfowl and upland hunters. A benefit to big game hunters, the timeless functionality of Filson’s Mackinaw Wool will be available in Mossy Oak® Bottomlands camouflage as well.
