Upslope Brewing Turns Up Spring with its 5th Annual Upslope Get Down
Boulder, Colo. (April 12, 2018) — Upslope Brewing Company is once again celebrating the spring season with its fifth annual Upslope Get Down Music Festival on Saturday, May 19 at its Flatiron Park brewing facility in Boulder.
The Upslope Get Down, presented by Flatirons Subaru, is a free, family-friendly music festival with Upslope beer, local food trucks, vendors, live art, games and a kid’s zone. The music will be jamming all day and night, with eight bands performing on three different stages. Also, for the second-straight year, Upslope is proudly donating a portion of the Get Down’s proceeds to benefit Protect Our Winters, a global non-profit advocating for positive climate action on behalf of the outdoors community.
In addition to Upslope’s core beer offerings, festival-goers can enjoy a Mango Gose, voted for by Upslope fans and brewed especially for this year’s Get Down. Attendees can also enjoy Upslope’s latest year-round release, the 2018 Experimental IPA—the second installment of an annual release experimenting with brewer-selected hop varieties. Lastly, Get Down participants can taste the brand’s latest Limited Release brew, Rocky Mountain Kölsch, a traditional German-style Kölsch with a unique, local-Colorado twist.

- Time: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. MST.
- Music Lineup: Orgōne, Hannah Wicklund & The Steppin Stones, Guerrilla Fanfare, Tenth Mountain Division, The Jive Tribe, Steepland String Band, Kessel Run, and Boot Gun.
- Admission: FREE, 21+ event. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. VIP tickets can be purchased for $65 (admission to VIP tent presented by Moe’s Original BBQ, all you can drink beer, 1 food ticket for a meal, provided by Moe’s Original BBQ, happy hour cheese pairing by Cured, premium viewing of the main stage, specialty brews, a souvenir pint glass, and private restrooms). Advance beer tickets can be purchased for $15 (enjoy four beers for the price of three).
